NC State vs. Duke ;Help me decide

Should I join NC State MS (EE) or Duke University, Pratt School of Engineering (MEng; ECE)? International student , US University undergraduate. Please help me decide. Thanks

Did you get any aid? What factors are you looking at when deciding between both these schools? Duke is a considerably better university (leaps and bounds), but there's more to accepting a school than just a ranking.

Easy way to figure this out. Which place has the professors that:

A: interest you more

B: are more accessible

Thanks for the responses. No, I did not get any aid in either. Joined Duke as I am not much interested in pursuing my career in academics, at least at this point of time.
