Topic of Essay -

In any profession — business, politics, education, government — those in power should step down after five years.

Essay -

Intro – Gazing down the benefits of power change in 5 years, be it in any profession.

Body –

My opinion favours in support to have changes in power any fields, since we have ample of examples of great minds, bright future.

Let us throw some light on this by pinning down an example of Chief Minister of State A named x, within his reign he did small tweaks in the policies. His policies made gov. schools in the state function far better than any premier private schools. Healthcare system was broken down when he began his tenure, but eventually it was enhanced and accessible for all i.e. poor people can now easily afford good treatments.

This all policy reforms can into limelight when India was hit by Covid 19 severely and the state was worst affected with highest infections. But with these infrastructure changes now, it has almost 80-90% recover with no lockdown. People are treated at their houses without the need to be admitted to hospital. Gov school , college students soar with good marks and ranks.

This could only happen when a new person can be let in if we don’t give a chance to those in different minds where can we get these changes from? A different perspective with newer thinking and strategies leading to enhancements. With same person in reign for longer can lead to monopoly and dilatory. Problems may not be visible as it is to a newer candidate with break through changes.

There is another side to it where in 5 years span a person might not be able to showcase his strengths, given lesser difficulties and opportunities to embark reforms. This means we haven’t been able to see his fullest potential to bring in changes.

Conclusion –

Change in power brings newer perspective, better ideas to deal with current or future problems.
