Best theoretical physics schools in Germany?

Hi everyone!

I'm thinking about applying for the DAAD scholarship this year (deadline is very soon) and, therefore, I need to choose 3 master programmes before I apply.

I'm now at the nuclear department in my Uni and I want to specialize in theoretical physics in my master course. The reason is, since my scientific work is about extending Standard Model to describe massive neutrinos (rougly gauge models), I feel that I don't have necessary deep knowledge in QFT and other theoretical fields. I don't want to be so shallow in my scientific work

Can someone please recommend the best places to study theoretical physics in Germany?
