How to thank profs for writing LORs during COVID-19?

In non-COVID times I would give them a thank you card, but with COVID, I wouldn't know how to do that since many of them aren't on campus and I feel kind of uncomfortable asking for their personal address. Is a thank you email ok?

You can send a digital thank you card if you would like, but a thank you email is usually sufficient as well.
