Need help in shortlisting schools

hi im looking to apply for graduate schools in the US for MS in electrical engineering but i have no idea where to apply. There are so many schools but im looking for ones where i would have decent chances of admissions. (Im not necessarily looking for top ranking programs or such)My profile is as follows:

1. 310 gre (self assessed havent given the test yet hope to boost it further up),
2. 3.0/4.0 cgpa and LORs from department chairs.
3. 1 year internship experience (kind of management oriented rather than technical.)
