Virtual Visits With Working Schedules

Hey All,

I am a working professional who applied to graduate school this cycle and I recently received a few invites for virtual student visits. However, I haven't received a lot of information about who will be at these sessions, what they plan to cover, and how long they will be. I still haven't told my managers that I'm applying and I have limited PTO. Can anyone offer any feedback around:

• How long these visits might be
• What kind of flexibility there might be for working professionals with the visits gone virtual
• How, when necessary, to discreetly attend these events without warranting a lot of attention from an employer
