I received an email today saying that I have been given a slot on the waitlist for Columbia's Regional Studies in Russia, Eurasia and Eastern Europe for MA. I am so excited but have read mixed things online about waitlist. I read that some schools (particularly popular ones) have very long waitlists even into 1,000 people and it's near impossible to be accepted. Can anyone share insight to the waitlist process at Columbia and more specifically if you have understanding of it within this program?
