I haven't heard back!!! Help!!!

So I applied to the Clinical Psychology PhD program at Washington State and the deadline was on December 1st. I haven't heard anything from them and I have seen on the results page that people have already gotten their rejection/acceptance letters. Do I just assume I didn't get in? Should I reach out to the department?

I was in the same boat earlier this week. 

I didn't hear from 5 programs that I applied to in Dec. 

I reached out to all of them this week. 2 told me I'm waitlisted, 1 told me I'll get my rejection letter Friday, and 2 ignored me. 

So... it depends.
