Applying for Art History PHD UK

I am thinking about applying for an Art History PHD in the UK and I am hoping to speak to some current students. I have approached a few people on LinkedIn rather unsuccessfully. I was hoping someone might be able to spare some time for a chat. I am just at the beginning of the journey and hoping to learn some first-hand experience rather than believing solely information online.
