McGill's Master of information studies - thoughts?

If you have gone through McGill's MISt program in the last 5-6 years, what did you think? It looks to me that they've re-vamped courses offerings for Fall 2021, but I've heard in past years that not all courses on the website are offered often enough. 

I was offered a place at McGill, and a very possible big financial award, but if the practicum isn't even likely to appear, and the courses are crap (I would like a comp. sci approach), then I am running as fast as I can.

Any ideas? I consider myself to be an intermediate French speaker, if that makes a difference.
