I am looking to apply for UBC MSW Advanced program during the next application session. According to their site, like lots of MSW programs, admission requires 2 years of post-BSW work experience. Has anyone been accepted without this or know anyone who has? I have roughly 1 year of experience. It's so frustrating how they expect you to have all this work experience, when you need an MSW to HAVE the experience they're looking for. Please respond if you have insight about how firm this requirement for admission is.
