When will I get my financial aid letter?

I got accepted to Widener University and received an acceptance email on 3/1 telling me to log into the financial aid portal and complete tasks listed. When I log into it, it says they haven't received my FAFSA even though it was processed successfully on 2/16; however, i don't know how that works because I wasn't an admitted student there when I submitted the FAFSA. Tried contacting multiple people at the university, no answer. How long after acceptance are financial aid offer letters typically sent out? This is a huge factor in my decision on where I want to go.
