I applied to social psych programs and so far I've gotten two official interview invitations this month and one other unofficial interview in December. I've heard nothing from the other schools I applied to.

I'm planning to attend Villanova and I'd like to live close-ish to campus, ideally within 15-20 minutes by car. I know that some of the towns in the area have restrictions on student housing. Does anyone know if there is someplace I can find an up to date list of which towns have restrictions and what they are? Also, where can I find student housing in these areas? Or even find students at other nearby schools looking for roommates? I've seen people mention living in apartments above storefronts. Where do you find those rental listings? Would they be on larger sites like Zillow or do you have to look more locally, like Craigslist, Facebook, etc.? I'm also wondering what traffic is like in the area depending on which way you're commuting from.

Do all programs send notifications for rejections? I'm still waiting to hear from a few and I got once notification today. Also, I haven't heard anything about financial assistance yet, even from schools I've been accepted to. Is that normal? My earliest decision deadline is April 1, but my decision will depend on where I can get funding.
