MS in Bioinformatics: Georgia Tech or Michigan, Ann Arbor

I have been searching the two schools for the ranking, program, professors. They seem so even. Hoowever, I saw that GeorgiaTech has more scholarship opportunities for international students. Besides the cost, I have more interest in the work of some professors in Michigan. Does it worth to take student loans for Michigan or should I select Georgia Tech for cost purposes (I will try hard to get those scholarships ofc :)). I am open to any suggestion as I am so in-between right now.
