accomplishedzone17 Posted May 17, 2021 Share Posted May 17, 2021 I'm very interested in the SAIS Master in International Public Policy. However I'm concerned of the 7 years experience requirement. I have currently 5 years of in field experience working for an international non-profit, and one additional year of work in two internships but on private sector, while I was doing undergraduate studies. I believe the requirement is fairly strict - and that those accepted tend to have more experience than the average. I think the total application package is what matters, and fewer years in a certain role/capacity may be more appealing to them (from an admissions pov) than a far longer career spent in a less compelling role.
