Tips for Research Proposal for PhD in Economics Application

Hey Everyone,

I need some important advice. I am applying to a PhD Program in Economics which requires the submission of a Research Proposal that must include the following as per the instructions mentioned -

1) Research Question
2) Feasibility and Justification of the Proposal
3) Convergence with the lines of Research in Development
4) Bibliography

The page limit is just 7 pages(including the Bibliography). I am not sure how to go on to fit all of the above in just 7 pages. Additionally, I have a few questions -

1) How exactly do I explain the Feasibility and Justification of the Proposal? Specially when they ask me about feasibility, do they require me to talk about the Budget constraints for the study or this part has to be strictly Academic?

2) I understand what they mean by convergence, but I don't understand how shall I demonstrate it clearly in the Research proposal, any tips for that?

Any advice or pointers are highly appreciated, thanks in advance!
