SOAS Funding Office Help

I’m wondering if anyone has recently heard anything from the SOAS funding office or has advice on what I should do? I decided to commit to the school a little late and am an international student coming from the US. I sent in my US student loan application to SOAS’ funding office 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing back from them at all yet. I’ve tried to ask other offices about it and they refer me back to the funding office. I am waiting for them to tell me how much in student loans I’ll be able to take out before paying the deposit, starting my visa application, and securing housing for this fall. I didn’t think it would take so long to hear back and I’m getting worried about the timeline of being able to attend this fall. Any advice?
