Hello everyone, I am a student from UIUC and I study with an electrical major and a computer science minor. I got 3.85/4.0 for GPA, and I believed I will not submit my GRE grade. I will list my background here and could anyone please tell me that whether I have a good chance of getting accepted to Yale or not, thanks.
For my research experience, I have got three pubs so far, twos for EI conference papers (oral and best presenter award), one for EMBC 2021 poster paper. However, they are related to scheduling problems and machine learning and they are not related to computational biology I think. Currently I am working in one lab of Yale and plan to get at least two pubs. One pub will be one journal paper in TOP journals, and the other one maybe a workshop paper in NeurIps 2021. I am (or will be) the 1st author in these papers.
For recommendation letters, I plan to submit four recommendation letters. Three of them are related to research, and the last one will be from a course instructor (I plan to work with him this semester). The research recommendation letter from Yale's professor will be a strong recommendation letter.
