US MSW Application process. Question about my personal statemen.

Hello Everyone, 

I am currently applying for the MSW program at the University of South Carolina. I've applied for different schools as well and I'm waiting to hear back, but U of SC is my top choice. Has anyone ever done their MSW program and could tell me a little bit about it?

I also have a question about the Personal Statement. The other schools I've applied to made it very clear they wanted the prompts answered in a free flowing essay. But when I look at the prompt for U of SC it seems like they want me to write down the prompts then answer the questions? It seems very confusing to me. I am linking the prompt so you guys could take a look at it.
