course for Experienced tech professionals

I have been working for over 12 years for auto brands,now a senior manager marketing. I had completed my masters in automobile engineering in 1999 and have a part-time MBA as well.

Now I want to pursue a full time or a part time course(as available, I am ready to take a 2-3 year break for school) which will take me to the next level,bring me in contact with veterans in various sectors of technology, sort of a leadership course. Like a shorter version of a PhD, but obviously not for academia, a post masters course in technology and business.

I have lost all contact with academia over the years. Kindly let me know my options. I hear EMTM at UPenn is good. Any others?
