Transition to HR Dept with Kean or Rutgers Masters degree

Hello. I'm looking for a new career change and have the opportunity for my employer to provide some level of tuition assistance for one of these NJ area masters programs:

Kean University: Kean University: Human Behavior and Organizational Psychology (M.A.)
Rutgers: Master’s degree (PsyM) in Organizational Psychologyy (M.A.)
Rutgers: Master’s degree (PsyM) in Organizational Psychology

I'm new to this forum so forgive me if there are existing threads but wanted to learn about organization psychology and if there is any accreditation standards that I should look at in consideration. I would have the opportunity to transfer to the HR department and get some work experience so also interested in what starting salaries in outside companies would be if i left my company.
