Slaving away in a warehouse with Geography degree...

I graduated with a Geography degree and don't want to work in GIS jobs. The pay is too low and 9-5 in a cubicle is not for me. I work blue collar dock work in a warehouse with very low pay. I don't understand why warehouse work is so low pay, there is a lot of skills involved in my opinion.

What can I work that is related to warehouse and logistics that is a livable wage? I have worked for over 5 years and cannot get promoted to supervisor/manager. They all require previous experience, but you can't get experience if no one promotes you.

P.S. I love working in the warehouse, I just don't like the low pay. Theres no fast way to climb the corporate ladder.

Thank you.
