postcolonialgirl
Hi everyone! I just received my GRE scores and they are not good. My scores were as follows: V 152 / Q 148 / AW 3.5. I am an international student with eight years of background in academic research, strong SoP, and good recommendations letters (but from professors outside the USA). My #1 school states that GRE scores are optional. As an international student, I feel confident in my verbal and writing scores, but I know that my quantitative score is pretty bad. Should I send the GRE score for the programs that consider it optional? I am applying for Sociology and Political Science Ph.D.s.
