I got admitted in both Harvard GSD Maud and MIT SMarchs Urbanism

and having a hard time making decisions.

For those who have experience in these schools or know anything about the academia and the field,

I would extremely appreciate it if you could share some. I need some help making decisions.

study environment, professors, resources, atmosphere, reputation, anything would be helpful.
