Quincy_Taft_Coolidge Posted March 12, 2022 Posted March 12, 2022 If you got a offers which one would you choose and why? I am conflicted because both cost about the same. UT is cheaper but if you factor in living expenses (rent/food/etc.) it comes out to be the same as USC (I won't have living expenses since I will be living with my parents). Both have great research centers and professors I would love to do research with and have a great alumni network. Career goals: Work in state/local government for a few years and than get my PhD and enter academia.
