Columbia TC or UPenn GSE?

Hi guys! Please help me to decide!

 I got accepted to the EdM program in Instructional Design and Media (TEIT) at Columbia TC and the MSEd program in Learning Science and Technology at UPenn GSE. 
 

I don’t mind to spend 5 semesters to complete an EdM degree at Columbia. I’m an international student, and I’m 80% sure that I want to pursue a doctoral degree one day. Which one would you guys recommend?

UPenn program was too short for me. I did not even apply. You will start your program and get ready for your final project right away. There is no time to settle in and learn. Also got accepted for IDM at Columbia today, congrats.
