Hey, maybe I'm wrong, but from my understanding, that is not true. Some POI in some fields sent some candidates emails, but offers are not out yet. The numbers of acceptance reports here are still very low

POIs and chair of the graduate admissions committee communicated descicion with me and @historyneaonnim, it still need to be approved by GSAS. historyneaonnim 1

Letter saying that the formal letter from the Graduate School will be out next week via the electronic application system
