what does the CUNY system look for?

I am so worked up and not able to concentrate on GMAT. I am a resident of NY

Following is my profile overview

GMAT -> yet to take...I am expecting 600-620

TOEFL ->100(iBT)(My bachelor degree was out of india)

Work ex - 3 years

exrac urriculars - community service

languages known-2 foreign lang with fluency

do I stand a chance at Baruch(CUNY)? for the computer information systems course(M.S) ? I know baruch is hard to get into for finance and accounting/...but what about this CIS? If not baruch,I'm aplying to brooklyn college
