1 Hugh_ Posted June 22, 2022 Share Posted June 22, 2022 I suggest avoiding that. SOP`s should try to mimic or emulate scientific discourse as much as possible. The tone should be objective. The admissions committee is looking to evaluate if you can master the protocol of research, this is why I suggest staying away from anything too flowery or personal. Hope this helps!
