Or anyone who is a Political Science PhD student at Penn? I am an international student and I spent one academic year at Penn as a Fulbright exchange student. I would love to go back to Penn for my PhD. However, I was wondering about my chances to get admission. Is it very competitive? Thank you very much in advance!
