Strengths and Weaknesses Question

Hi all, just two quick questions. When listing strengths and weaknesses for a grad school interview, would you recommend to do just one strength and  one weakness, multiple strengths and one weakness, or a few of each? I also have had a hard time finding the better strengths to list for a graduate school interview, any suggestions? Thanks!

Three is always a good number. You want to provide authentic answers: stay away from humble brag (I work too hard, etc.) Good strengths to talk about: ability to work on your own, to meet deadlines, ability to take feedback, rigor, analytical/critical thinking skills, etc. Hope this helps!
