Chances of getting into top grad school for MS EE

I am planning to apply to MS EE with specialization in communication engg for fall 2011, at

Stanford, Gatech, U Michigan Ann Arbor, UT Austin, U Maryland College Park, UCLA, UCSD, Purdue.

My profile is:

Undergrad coll: College of Engineering Pune (top 25 col in India.)

Undergrad CGPA: 9.32/10 (Rank 1, I have won the gold medal)

Major: Electronics and Telecommunication

GRE: 1440 (800+640), AWM: 4

Co authored a national level paper in signal processing

Reviewed IEEE transaction

Received best project award in our institute.

Work ex in Cisco systems for one year by fall 2011.

What are my chances of getting in above grad schools?
