  1. 1. do I have chance to apply for PhD of neuroscience? I study master of Anatomical sciences currently, I'm in my 3rd semester and my GPA is 3.52 and I was 1st rank within my classmates

In my region there is no master's program in neuroscience

do you think I have a chance to apply for Ph.D.?

till now I was 1st rank among my classmates
