Chances of getting into a top rank ME PhD program?

Hi all,

I'm looking to apply soon for PhD spots in some top-rank schools. I was curious if anyone out there might know what sort of chances I stand. Here's a little bit of my background:

BSME, from Univ of Florida, GPA: 3.72 Honors

MSME, from Univ of Florida, GPA: 3.6 (w/ Thesis)

GRE: Q:760

V :550

W:5.0

I am still waiting on publication of my research. I am considering applying to the high rank schools (MIT, Stanford, UC Berkeley), and was wondering if it would even be worth a shot? Anybody applied w/ similar background as me? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
