take GRE once per calender month?

I've been searching a great deal for what I thought was a pretty simple question but I can't find a straightforward answer. If I took the GRE on October 13th do I have to wait until November 13th? Or can I take it like November 1st? Does it have to be 30 days in between tests?

From what I've heard, November 1st should be fine in this case.

It's once per calendar month not once in 30 days.

As the above posted stated, it is once per calendar month, not 30 days (and I believe you can take it up to 5 times a year). So yes, you can technically take the test October 31st and November 1st if the test was available on both of those days.
