list of phd funding sources?

i'm interested in finding websites that list doctoral funding options...scholarships, grants, not interested in loans.

i've been out of school for a while so i don't have my undergrad institution as a particularly easy resource, and i'm applying this year to enter in fall 2011. (english lit or perhaps berkeley rhetoric)
