Bar Exam Retaker Question

I just found out I failed the bar exam and have to re take it in July. I was dreading the results, I knew this was going to happen, I did not feel prepared going into it at all. My friend who had to re take the exam swears that Marino Bar Review is what got him to pass, he's urging me to use that program. But I am sort of thinking that if I just do the free re-do of the same bar review company I just used (Barbri) and spend more time on doing practice questions and not waste time watching all the lecture videos, maybe that will be enough for me to pass. Any advice from someone who has passed after failing the first time?
