Admissions committee blogs

So, having just finished my applications, I'm just sitting around being restless and not doing much.

But well, I'm interested in reading more about the admissions process. In particular, I'm interested in reading reflections on graduate school admissions process, written by actual professors who have served on actual graduate admissions committee, probably in the form of blog posts or similar. For instance, blog posts along the lines of the following, by Female Science Prof:

So I'm not looking for blogs written from the applicant's point of view (of which there are plenty). I'm also not looking for "official" admissions blogs (which have a tendency to be quite dry) but personal reflections, probably on a personal blog or similar, by actual professors. I found these quite hard to Google up, but if you know of any, please share!

If you're curious about the admissions process, I liked The Gatekeepers by J. Steinberg. The book follows an undergraduate admissions officer at Wesleyan, which might sound boring, but I couldn't put it down (in the interest of full disclosure, I couldn't put Dombey and Son down either, so my judgment might not be very trustworthy).

Check out Notorious Ph.D, Girl Scholar: http://girlscholar.blogspot.com/. I like her writing style and she has posts up on grad applications, teaching, and what grad students want from their departments (read the comments on those entries as they are quite enlightening).

Historiann (http://www.historiann.com/) often discusses grad school-specific things and she has a big blogroll specifically for grad school blogs.

Female Computer Scientist (http://femalecomputerscientist.blogspot.com/) is pretty fun to read as well.

Here's the Yale Law School Admin blog... parts of it are quite funny, other parts make me cringe

Yes, those were very interesting, thank you, and keep them coming!
