Hi all! I'm thinking of pursuing a PhD in urban ed policy, starting in fall '25 or '26, but I'm concerned about job prospects once I'm finished. I'm well aware of tenure-track positions disappearing at universities, so I'm wondering about other options. Thanks! I appreciate the help.
