snappysorbet Posted December 7, 2010 Share Posted December 7, 2010 I recently heard a rumor that Iowa State University has seriously slashed their program in Rhetoric & Professional Communication because of state budget issues, firing a number of faculty members and not planning on hiring many to replace them.
