MPP Programs in DC

Hey Guys,

New to the forum, but been lurking around for days. What are considered the top MPP programs in the DC metro area? Based on my research, there seem to be few comprehensive "top" lists that are specific to MPP. My impression of the landscape looks something like this (in descending order):

Georgetown

GWU

American

UMD

GMU

UVA (seems too new to compare)

Also, how would you assess my chances to these schools given these stats?

-3.5 GPA at UVA. Double major in commerce (undergrad business) and foreign affairs

-4 years work experience in banking analytics (maybe my biggest weakness, given lack of direct relevance to MPP)

-770 Quant, 740 Verbal, ?? Essays
