Where can a school psychologist work?

Anyone know the answer to this question? Can a school psychologist work in a clinical setting (mental health clinic) or is the certification in the state of New York limited to working in a school setting? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if they get additional supervised hours and take the exam, they can work anywhere (mental hospitals, clinics, private practice)
