Hey all,

Just trying to put together a decent SOP for CRM programs (public archaeology). I wanted to hear from others who are applying to CRM programs.

In your SOP, did you delineate between your theoretical interests (e.g. settlement distribution among Pueblo II sites, or something that would be more applicable to straight arch. programs), and practical interests relating to laws, policies, etc.

Does that question make any sense at all? Basically, should I wax on about archaeological theories that interest me or should I show that CRM is actually a better fit for me than arch. programs because I'm interested in laws, policies, and CRM work ?

I am thinking that I'm going to address both aspects in my SOP, but I wanted to see what others thought. Thanks for any advice...

Hello!

I think It doesn't make any sense. It can work for others like real estate but i think not appropriate for laws, policies? In mu suggestion architectural programs are more better for you. You should go for that....
