Thanks I'm an applicant from Peking University China, I emailed them and they told us that an decision can be made in anytime between Feb and early March, an telephone interview "may" be conducted. So.........I guess they may give over-qualified students direct offer and give others some interview? Just guess. If you have other question please contact me pku.pangzixuan@gmail.com.
