It's always nice to have a couple of people to shout into the void with. Feel free to share where you are in the application process. I'm currently preparing my application for a master's program and hoping to submit sometime in mid-late december. Also been obsessing over acceptance rates and whatnot. What about y'all? Hi there @foxmulder! Nice to see someone else applying to Stanford. I'm applying again, and will be re-applying for the POLS program for a masters. Glad to find some community here! Are you applying to any other programs? I'm applying to HGSE as well, and thinking of adding 1-2 more. foxmulder Posted October 12, 2023 Author Share Posted October 12, 2023 (edited) Hey @Here2Teach! I was considering some other programs in California. UCSC, UCI, and UCLA. I'm going for a Masters in Education + teaching credential. HGSE has a great teacher education program but I want to stay as local as possible. I didn't realize how competitive it was until I went down the rabbit hole. I applied to a diff grad program during my last year of undergrad but I was rejected. Taken some years to get some professional experience. Yayyyy. Glad to know I have a friend here. ManyVases Posted January 17 Share Posted January 17 I haven't heard anything about interviews from Stanford yet either. I know in previous years they have released them 1-2 weeks after MLK day so it is close.
