FPstudent
Hi there! Ive been looking to apply to Counselling Psychology Programs in Canada (A bit early I know). I was looking at the Statement of Intent requirements for a lot of these programs and several state a maximum length 2,3 or even in one case up to 5 pages. I have previously applied for and got accepted into a Masters in Psychology in the UK for which I gave a one page Statement (just around 700 words). So this leads me to ask: 1. Are longer statements of intent expected in counselling psychology programs? 2. Do they require a lot more autobiographical and reflective information (given that they are counselling programs)?
