Do you guys think this applies to other courses at MIT, or even other prestigious universities? I.e. If you reach the interview stage, can you say you have an 80% chance of admission? Of course, it depends on your application's strength and compatibility and all that, but assuming you have no information, can you say that about the probability? How do you guys interpret this statistic? How positive should one be about getting an interview? Jim VK 1
