Rutgers PhD - deadline to accept admissions in Pharmacology / Biomedical Sciences?

My SO received the Rutgers PhD acceptance into a Pharmacology program. However, there was no info on financial aid or any detailed letter sent out. We are assuming most programs require acceptance by 4/15, but given there was no detailed info sent out, we aren't sure when the deadline is.

 

Has anyone received info in similar program and know the deadline to accept the PhD offer? The application deadline was 3/1, so it was later than some other schools. She reached out to several program coordinators last week but didn't receive any info still.

 

Wanted to see if anyone has info on stipend or deadline so we can plan... or if you even received any info. Thanks in advance!
