dr. t Posted April 18 Posted April 18 For those applying to graduate programs in history in the fall of 2024.
greenlandsharki Posted May 14 Posted May 14 Well, it has been a year. I am halfway through my MA, and now I have to start applying once again for PhD programs this time. But of course, first, we must email all our potential advisors. I had the worst email format last time and refuse to reuse it, so does anyone have a good template they use?
jce8491 Posted June 30 Posted June 30 I'm considering applying to a few history programs (alongside some political science programs).

And now I'm applying to all history programs lol. Conversations with potential advisers and the process of writing SOPs made it clear where my true interests lie. Wish me luck. I have no idea what to expect Jim VK 1

brat Posted December 14 Posted December 14 Hi everyone! After many months of work I've finally submitted my last PhD application of the cycle. Now comes the really, really difficult waiting period! If anyone has tips for passing the time, let me know 🙂 & wishing everyone who might be browsing this thread the best of luck ❤️
MightyOak Posted Monday at 07:49 PM Posted Monday at 07:49 PM Hi Everyone, I did an interview at Rice recently. I didn't write any potential advisors but I got an interview. Does it means say anything about my chances?
