Pitt's Hot Metal Bridge Post-bac

Hello, I was wondering if anyone had any information about UPitt's HMB Post-bac program for art history. I plan on getting my MLIS with a concentration in archival studies, but would like to work with an art collection in the future. I also really enjoy art historical research. I was also curious because the program says that it is for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds INCLUDING first-gen grad students and those who are socioeconomically disadvantaged. I do not know if I count as socioeconomically disadvantaged but neither of my parents have a bachelors degree and I receive federal assistance for my undergraduate studies. I would love to apply to this program but I do not know how to tell if it is intended for me based on the wording, and would not want to take an opportunity meant for someone else. Thank you for any input!
